ICSM 2018 provides an Early Registration Fee until May 31, 2018 in order to generate discounted rates of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the conference. Online registration is highly recommended to all participants for the conference at the official website.

You will have to buy the ticket separately while you are registering via online system.
Banquet tickets are able on a first-come, first-served basis.

1) By Credit Card

• VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, and UnionPay are acceptable only.
• Payment by credit card is available through the on-line procedure only.
• Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made to KRP*eximbay.

2) By Bank Transfer

• Please make the bank transfer to below account provided. (Sender’s name MUST BE identical with registrant’s name).
• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
• In order to confirm your payment, please send the remittance slip via e-mail(reg@icsm2018.com) or fax(+82-42-472-7459 ).

After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the ICSM 2018 secretariat including your registration via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact ICSM 2018 secretariat on (reg@icsm2018.com)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Requests to change conference registration and cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to the ICSM 2018 secretariat.
• Please note that refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
